Two adult me were charged with "attempted sodomy". Three male minor's (children) were charged with simple "sodomy".
That's how it used to be in the good old days. Those coming forward with rape charges got the shit thrown back down on them. Adult white males were believed, child accusers were almost absolutely not. The evidence must have been overwhelming for anything at all to have been done.
