To understand the pictures of children on Alefantis Instagram with circles under their eyes you first have to understand the occult and its ties to the CIA mind control program. Children who have been ritually sodomized will display symptoms of dark circles under their eyes and appearance of swelling as well. This is documented in medical literature.

The CIA mind control program requires ritual sodomy before age 3 (optimally) this puts pressure on the base of the spine sending signals to the Pineal Gland or Seat of the Soul (third eye in Egyptian Mythology) At the same time the child is brutally traumatized to spilt the conscious self into fragments and programmed with alters for missions. Assasination, sex slaves, spies, etc.

The occult and CIA call these children Pandas because they represent the eyes of Pandas. Seth Rich knew this personally. In ways to be discussed later.

The stuff on PANDAS is interesting. With my mocrobiology background, I think I can explain it via mundane methods AND at the same time not disprove the sodomy angle.

It can be passed to a new host by entering an open wound. For example, through tears in the victim's anus (this is part of the large intestine, more specifically a section in the colon) such as those that can be inflicted via sodomy.

That was the first thing that came to my mind too.
