"On the 21st day of October 2017, Officer Waters stopped an RV for speeding on HWY 425 in Mangham. Officer Waters made contact with the driver, Corey Scott Feldman, of Woodlawn Hills, California.
Officer Waters ran his driver's license which was suspended. Feldman was transported to the Mangham Police Department. Upon arrival at the Mangham Police department, Officer Monnin smelled what appeared to be marijuana. Consent to search was given and the following people were arrested.
Corey Scott Feldman, white male, 46 years old of Woodland Hills, California. He was charged with speeding, driving under suspension and possession of Marijuana. Feldman paid his fine and was released.
Emmauel Speal III, black male, 42 years old of Los Angeles, California. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana. Speal paid his fine and was released."
