This is a different George. He seems thoughtful, as if since leaving office, he is finally learning more about life again. The present universal confusion, has reached into even his faked cowboy reality. Something big must be changing.

Y'all who condemn others so readily, misunderstand the full depths of Gods forgiveness. It's bigger than any of us. Yes, bring the light into the shadows, that is our job, but leave the judgement to a higher power. I was never a Bush fan, either one of em, but we are all stuck in this tossing rudderless barge together.

Thank-you, a much needed perspective, at least for me. Good stuff. You know, I have to say, Dubya was more of a good ole boy, never had the smarts of his dad, and he was recruited and cajoled heavily to step into the role he played, guilty still yes, but not even close to his dad. Cheney was in charge of Dubya's presidency. I met his (Dubya's) wife, they seemed like really nice people at the time, it was the morning after senior Bush had just won the presidency, and they had been up all night, we watched the plane take off for Washington, from Houston.

I'm running interference for you lol. I always thought Dubya was likable, and when I talked to Laura she was very personable. This was before he was governor. And the their two little girls w/ their schoolwork. It was all rather charming, esp watching the SS chase their papers when they began to blow away.

And if I can be forgiven, then anyone can. Tho usually those who step deeply into evil are not redeemed, that is not the finite creature's call. The apostle Paul was a murderer of Christians.
