This whole story looks fake to me. Arrests come with names and info that can be verified in the public domain. This looks like another fake story to appease the public. I want to see a list of 120 perps names and their court dates.
You would need to follow up with the local district court where they are being charged. Those sorts of details arent going to be published in an article like this for a plethora of legal reasons - but I feel what youre saying.

Nope. Arrest records are public record and are usually published once a week in a section of local newspapers whether a person has been convicted or not. In real arrests newspapers do not hesitate to publish the names of those arrested. These articles are full of "the FBI said" and "according to law enforcement officials" etc...
They showed a bunch of video without peoples faces. You can watch "Cops" on TV and see people get arrested in real time and they always show their faces because its public information.
The articles were a setup. Now nobody can prove anything. Its their word against anybody that asks. These are fake bud.

Arrest records that concern active and ongoing investigation are not open to the public and the laws are different by state.
