Take a look at Bergdahl. Not winky eye, but I noticed in his recent 60 Minutes interview that both eyes are dilated, despite one eye having a direct source of light on it and the other being partially shaded by a hat brim. A "normal" person would have both of their irises constricted, not dilated.
