The pic of Weinstein was taken at a New York Academy of Art Fund-Raiser, not at spirit-cooker Marina Abramovic's birthday party. It is confusing because the slideshow of pics taken at the art fund-raiser is beneath the Vanity Fair article on the birthday party, with the same URL.
Although I don't doubt that Harvey Weinstein is a spirit-cooker as well, but the pic of him doodling on the canvas isn't evidence of that.
