Pittsburgh is full of strange activity. Penn State and Jack the Reaper is rumored to be from there.
There was a lot of strange murders in the 80s and early 90s when the economy wasn't doing too good due to the closure of the steel mills. They were probably human sacrifices for wealth.
Penn State participated in the MK Ultra program.
I believe the Khazars have a stronghold there.
