This mural matches with one seen on CORE's portfolio item (they are the interior design firm who outfitted Comet Ping Pong) Seen here fourth picture along.

Anyone know the artist responsible for the paintings?

That's not a man watching, that's Pan. Look closely. Just want to check with you; you know that these murals are old and aren't in existence anymore right? It doesn't change anything, just wanted to make sure you were aware of that. I don't know who the artist for that particular mural was.
