Yes, well they allow him to still be in the Air Force while being at the head of Temple Set. That should tell you something. Many armed force bases are involved. There have been posts on here about CP being created at bases and arrests. There was one in Columbia as well. Why do you think we have so many air bases all over the world. Aha. That's Right.
he was allegedly flying back and forth between Air Force bases in Nevada and in the Philippines. His Filipino girlfriend was allegedly not his girlfriend at all, but rather the handler for the things he allegedly transported. He was in deep but lost trust for some reason, so he was (allegedly) offed and dumped at the scene of an unrelated crime.
Keep in mind though that the dead man from the Mandalay Bay was missing a neck tattoo compared to the pictures of Paddock while alive, so all of this might just be irrelevant.
