CNN is now offering a multi-part, above the fold series on - get ready for it - human trafficking (in Uganda). So far, it is focused on children going to white families in the US. What is the play here?

Relevance: It's child human trafficking for the purposes of "adoption", kinda like Pizzagate but blacker.
