The only way to nail Dan is for a parent to file a lawsuit and publicize it then he's toast. There has to be one parent who is angry enough to file this lawsuit against Dan for raping a young girl but my guess is Nickelodeon has already paid a few parents who hired lawyers who contacted the network to demand a lot of money or they would go public. One lawsuit is all it will take or the cops have to get a search warrant and bust him at home take his computer and phone and also at his production office. Until this happens Dan will just remain a meme it will only be a rumor and nothing concrete.
They either pay off the parents, or they get them involved in the Brotherhood (Masonry, secret societies, etc.) and keep them quiet with blackmail, most likely involving even more pedophilia. And if all else fails, they just tell them that they'll kill them and their children if they don't cooperate, or if they say anything. Having someone threaten to slit your kids throat while raping them, and KNOWING they're serious, that's one hell of a good way to keep anyone's mouth shut.
