Weinstein has left the country claiming to seek treatment in Europe. Polanksi did the same thing to avoid charges and never came back.

I was shocked and wanted confirmation this was true. Found a report on TMZ:

Flying to Europe Tonight For Sex Addiction Rehab

Harvey Weinstein is boarding a private jet Tuesday night, bound for a rehab center in Europe for sex addiction ... sources connected with the former mogul tell TMZ.

We're told Harvey has decided to take the advice of the people around him and leave immediately. We're told he will enter a live-in facility and will deal both with sex and other behavioral issues.

This can either mean:

  1. It's a ruse to show he's getting treatment and actually gives two shits about the people he screwed over

  2. It's a plan to see if this blows over. At that point, he'll decide to come back -- or not.

  3. That something MAJOR is coming and he does not want to be around when the shit hits the fan.

Proves this was a distraction. He had an exit strategy and took one for his comrades. What is the time line when this story broke as it relates to Vegas and other events? Vegas was poorly staged and sources for co-conspirators broke quicker than they could cover while they get the osi porno scanner factories booted up.

Don't know. LV was Oct 1st. Just looked it up, and the NYT article came out on the 5th.

But I don't think this is a distraction. This is HUGE ... or will be. Remember, there are no charges yet and there's a lot of digging going on.

Keep in mind the wife of the lead FBI director is the daughter of Podesta. Something is going on there. Also, Weinstein and Adelson are not exactly Presbyterians. Failed narrative in Vegas, so they slide of hand over to Hollywood. The swamp creatures are scattering and desperate.
