Anything interesting going on with the fires? Any good threads anywhere? I have not kept up with the fires and am in the dark on that.
most of it seems to be contained at this point, but of course it will take some serious rain before all of the fires are extinguished and there are still a lot of hot spots. i know people who lost their home, we got lucky, we are far enough away but we packed up our cars just in case. the air is still extremely smokey even here, but it's better today than it has been. i shop over in santa rosa and man it was just like pea soup over there. anyway, thanks for asking!

True. But after talking to Bernie supporters protesting outside his home that same night, he went on TV talk shows the very next morning saying he agrees with Bernie that the dinner cost way, way too much.
Then he never showed up at another Hillary event. Was even a no-show at her entire convention, when she was so desperate for celebs to get audience members to come without having to pay them.
Gossip all over Hollywood for months and months before and even printed on the gossip sites was that he was extremely reluctant to back Hillary at all. He'd been an active Obama supporter from Day-1, and strongly against Hillary contesting the primary in the previous election cycle.
It was his wife, Amal Clooney, whose close friend hosted the earlier Hillary fundraiser at his hotel in the San Francisco Bay Area who was the driving force.
