THIS IS PIZZAGATE RELATED AND RELEVANT BECAUSE I CANNOT SUBMIT A POST TO PIZZAGATE. Completed post, hit submit button, that fuc$ing goat pic about checking your 0's and 1's and browser appears,
AND POOF, POST DISAPPEARS NOT TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE.

As voat seems to 'reboot' with that zeros and ones message at regular intervals it is quite possible to lose a submission in the way the OP described.
I get that message too, I have lost comments, now that I think of it.
