The main reason I would be for this bill, is that it will bring the market out of the dark. Which would hopefully create protections for women forced into sex work. If you ever look at statistics for sex workers, you would realize that it is a dangerous line of work. Most people feel ok to prey on these women because it is a dark market and think they can't turn to law enforcement.
Just because these women were born with shitty fathers or from an impoverished country doesn't mean they aren't humans who could use help getting away from abusive men.

Sweden, Norway, Ireland, France, South Korea have acknowledged the imbalance of power in the prostitution transaction and have adopted the Nordic Model, which decriminalises the sellingof sex, but criminalises the buying of sex.
Good to know there are studies out there. Not sure I see how punishing the "Johns" helps control the pimps and brothels. Then again it cant be easy to deconstruct a black market of buyers/sellers/traffickers.
Strange idea, but perhaps a state run brothel that allows individuals to work in a safe environment would be a good system to test. Full time security to keep the pimps and such out.

German brothels offer 'menus' with options like 'unprotected anal sex'; 'gang bangs'; 'torturing woman while raping her'. These are registered brothels. This study shows that legalised prostitution increases trafficking. Why do you think every Soros-funded organisation advocates for the decriminalisation of sex buying? Prostitution is dangerous because of the johns. It's the johns who kill these women. The sex buyers are the problem.
