Email chain regarding Laura Silsby.

If you were a state Dept official, would you call an American citizen by their first name i.e., Laura, if you did not know them? I don't believe that you would. You would use their last name, Silsby,. But one person in this chain, used "Laura". Cheryl Mills, Hillary's personal secretary and lawyer, did.
