The resident is a hacker on probation. Of all things he could hack, he tries to hack into school computers? That’s creepy. I wonder which school? A university or where there are children?

The victims were 3,000 students attending the University of Illinois who lived in a private apartment complex. He stole their "names, addresses, Social Security numbers, birth dates, and other personal information."

Very creepy.

That’s terrible. But it’s comforting to know that they weren’t children. Can you imagine if he wanted information like addresses to students?

Yes, that would have been so much worse as children are defenseless.

My heart goes out to the family of the college student found deceased in Daniel Beckwitt's basement. And the death of the young man made me wonder why the computer expert and tunnel-digger Daniel Beckwitt wanted the personal information of 3,000 college students -- who typically have no money -- so probably not for identity theft.

The deceased, Askia Khafra, was a student attending Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland.

A David Beckwitt was a professor at Montgomery College back in the 1970's, (which even if they are an elder relative of Daniel's it may be irrelevant.)

Not perhaps pizzagate-related as such but it feels really creepy to me.

Wow. So creepy. I wonder where those tunnels lead to. That is so bizarre.
