Do the elves deliver body parts? I am thinking about the Podesta-Sandler email. It would not surprise me. I read that it is traditional to give a gift of body parts from a male infant on Christmas Eve.
No they deliver Horus.
The third eye would be a body part... You mention the pineal gland above. There is also adrenochrome.
