Why would someone only bar that window on the second floor? No ledge or anything, someone would have to bring a ladder to get into that room. Wonder if it houses a safe for a business is one possibility
And on the inside... i mean its not totally abnormal, it is just suspicious with all the other stuff. I don't think I've ever seen bars on the inside.
Theres a lot of traffic an chan also. Tons of slide threads. Tons of disctraction in the threads themselvfes. I would think people are already leaking these threads to reporters. It wouldn't be the first time this tactic was used.
edit: for future reference one of the properties at this location was purchased by a 'Manocchio'. When you try to look into the name the first few searches is of a https://infogalactic.com/info/Luigi_Manocchio mobster nicknamed "Baby Shacks". Not the same name on the purchase but doesn't seem like that common of a last name.
