This story pops up every three months on VOAT. There was no MASSIVE investigation at all going on. It had to do with Department of Diplomatic Service and Hillary did not do anything in this case, pro or con. And the inspector general looked into all this after the initial news reports. One of the accused got an apology from the State Department afterwards.

And you keep showing how little you know...there is no such entity as "Department of Diplomatic Security". Bureau of Diplomatic Security, yes. Diplomatic Security Service, yes. No "Department of Diplomatic Service".
