This block is actually S.A. owned and linked to Con-EB construction. For many people out their you should recognize the company and the family name really behind it. That explains just about everything.

That was an awfully long way for a short cut.
It is a little deeper than that. The two family names in this bond know the truth. A match made in hell.
If I said it outright or posted an actual direct link this would be deleted in less than a second. Connect the dots it is hiding in plain sight.
