George Soros has the Mark of Cain as do some Rothschilds, royals, and I believe the Bush family. Your above statement indicates then that these people are in the line of Cain.

So does that mean you are inferring superior moral judgement or philosophy resides in B- blood, which would also infer that the men in the beginning such as Rockefeller, Rothschild, and Soros have good moral clarity?

There is no inference of superiority/inferiority, that I can see.
Look past bush, clinton, soros, et al, for now... this is a history lesson.
Regardless of the morality of the people you mentioned, look deep into the past to understand what is being shared here.
