Have the intelligence agencies taken the evil and developed high tech trauma of course. Are there still government leaders and politicians who get to use children to experiment on for their fantasies in the name of national security. You bet they are. State sponsered experiments on young children to induce dissociation splitting the mind by optimal age 3 and fracturing it into distinct programmable personality who they can control and use in the future.
