Every one on here is saying tor is a trap but I personally know people that use it to buy large quantities of drugs and it works great and they have never got into trouble using it either.
The CIA is the largest and most powerful drug cartel in the world. They won't bust everyone as it doesn't make good business sense to sabotage your own industry.
