The facebook account for Perrys.DC features a luxurious bedroom suite. Can anyone confirm if this bedroom is actually inside the Perrys restaurant itself? If it is, that's pretty huge. There's almost certainly blackmail going on in this room.

Yes, this is the property that he called out at Adams Morgan under the Billiken Property Management group. It just so happens to be right next door to the old Comet Liquor, which is where James Alefantis bought his sign.
