It seems that a Thomasina LeBay was the driving force behind the original chapter as her name is on many of the sister chapters across the country. Per her obit in 2013 she was a legal secty x 40 years for Reiser & Reiser, OH.
She was married to Kenneth LeBay (2nd marriage). He was a WW2 Marine, won a Purple Heart.He was a 65-year member of Damascus-Collingwood Masonic Lodge 643, where he served as master.
