If she had like an eye tattoo at the top of her back in the middle, I'd be 100% on board, but, I think this is just a dress.
Like I said, it could be nothing. But think of it like an entirely separate language that only a select few can hear. Whether it be symbolism or double speak, that's what these people have. In fact, it's the only language they speak.
In this case, I would say she's wearing it to troll them.
Or perhaps the vast majority of the symbolism and double-speak (certainly not all of it... Heavy Breathing, Comet, Podesta emails) are partially confirmation bias.
I mean... dude, 3 months ago people were saying Doritos were pedo-symbols and any swirl in the world was a sign of pedos... there needs to be some context. In this case there is at least context. But, also a dress.
