Okay I went and found the pic I referred to and it's even worse then I thought... The baby has pig feet... :( So the implication of "ready for slaughter" is in your face (not hinted at, as I first thought).

There's another one I thought I saved, with him next to an art display of a baby hanging in a bouncy sling (best words to describe it I guess since I don't know) but it was suspended off the ground by chains in an assembly line type of thing...reminds one of a meat market but no hooks. I recall the outfit on the baby reminded me of the Podesta paintings, white. It was creepy, don't feel like going back to find it.
