I'll briefly dump my own little tid bits on saudi arabia being as im away from my computer and have my research on there. But from what I remember, I discovered some interesting things after the Elizabeth Lee Beck video came out and we were digging into the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida.

The transplant wing is named after someone named Obaid. I believe Obaid created a foundation (something like the Dalal & ____ Foundation). Apart of the foundation is the person who founded it (dalal maybe?) and another member is Tarek Obaid (maybe a son or family member?) as well as two others or so. Taraek Obaid directly donated money in a large philanthropic donation to the transplant wing, hence why its named after him. He has a best friend that is actually a transplant surgeon that works at the transplant wing of the Mayo clinic in jacksonville florida.

Obaid either owns or is a big b0i in a company called PetroSaudi. When you dig into PetroSaudi, you see a major scandal involving them that (im gonna butcher this but you can find it if you search quickly) includes acting as a branch of Saudi Arabian government in order to extort an asian country (maybe Malaysia?) of hundreds of millions of dollars. Petro Saudi has royal connections, including Tony Blair being wrapped up in all of this somehow.

Interestingly, the Obaid foundation also has teamed with CNN as apart of their project called the "Freedom Project". CNN's Freedom Project is a project that focuses on combatting HUMAN TRAFFICKING via media that tells compelling stories/narratives. Also, the CEO of the Obaid foundation also wrote many articles for CNN and was very close to the upper echelon of Saudi Arabian society/government.
