I was just reading about Irma about to hit the Virgin Islands when it hit me

Then it gets even stranger - the Virgin Islands put out an order seizing all firearms on the Islands.

That seems like perfect pre-text for an after-storm "repair force" of a horde of US defense forces for "disaster response". This could either be a huge cover-up opportunity (ie. wipe the place), or it could be tearing the covers off the most disgusting cockroaches and finally starting to turn this whole thing around...

Wow great analogy. Not impossible. Less damage and victims yes. But there will still be some deaths. But when you think about the great scheme of the trafficking there are so many killed within it, that this may end up saving lives, if true. It gives us something to think about, surely.
