As I said before, if it is related to the Yiddish term then it ties in with my idea about it being related to playing the stock market and Trump being metaphoric about it regarding the media. That is to say, it could essentially mean "tomfoolery" in the sense that the stakes are too high to be worth the gamble.
I just thought it was worth proffering the idea about "kappa" because it does loosely correspond to the letters C-P-P. So who knows if it has a double meaning in respect of both ideas?
