All I could see was that she was pissed at the Italian playgroup because their rule was that only mothers could attend playgroup with their child. The lazy idiot was obviously making the nanny take the child to playgroup. And the lazy idiot couldn't be bothered pitching in when other mothers made treats for playgroup. No wonder at all they didn't want people like her. She calls them 'judgmental' when in fact she's the user and abuser of the playgroup.
