I'd say there's some big connections beyond Alefantis.
Also noted on previous thread: The AmeriCares website shows that its shipments seem to find their way to wherever the CIA is most active. Special "humanitarian supplies" have been shipped to contra forces in Afghanistan and their rear bases in Pakistan. An airlift was organized for U.S.-supported forces in Eritrea and Tigre during the war in Ethiopia. During the civil war raging in the Balkans, aid was sent to Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo.

Who says these are mobile? They aren't. And they are not "disguised." They are actual clinics. Seriously, why would need to disguise anything. If you want to traffick people in a container, you could simply do that.
These containers get decked out as clinics and once installed in place. They stay there. They are not mobile clinics. They are stationary. There's no back and forth, thus no opportunity for trafficking.
You basically saw "shipping container" and let confirmation bias run amuck. Again the connection to this this is some guy knew this woman in college. Later he opened a restaurant and later he hired Alefantis. So his connection to her??? It's pretty much nothing.
Obviously, you are not understanding the possible implications and connections. Disaster areas are perfect set ups for mobile containers that DO leave/temporary. If someone is in the organ harvesting business, what better way to extract organs than from an area that is already full of chaos and from victims that "didn't survive". Who would know if these people that died really actually had a chance? If you notice, these MOBILE units are actually trailers on semi trucks...aka mobile. Medical trailers...

Alefantis is chump change. someone else brought up containers, I remember this being searched and added the info. It doesn't hurt to revisit past research.
Who else would use mobile medical trailers...um, maybe a FOUNDATION that claims to help in disaster relief. I don't, know, like, Clinton Global Initiative? That's where the connection also comes into play. If you don't want to read it, move along.

Shipping containers are ubiquitous. It's like saying a criminal had a car. Having a car doesn't correlate with being a criminal.
