"This is a RICO lawsuit. RICO is a special case of civil lawsuit. Evidence can be obtained from across state lines. In addition, it is possible for RICO to be upgraded from a civil case to a criminal case depending on what kind of evidence gets found.
RICO is what gets used to take down organized crime. RICO is intentionally designed to be vague so as to take down mobsters even if a smoking gun can't be found."
Gregory Ackers filed a complaint on August 14th 2017 for a civil suit, *possibly leading to a future indictment of Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Jennifer Palmeri, Donna Brazile, CNN, Time Warner, and the Democratic National Committee for collusion and racketeering to mislead voaters and to put Bernie Sanders at a disadvantage in the 2016 presidential election.

Implementing RICO act
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations
Presiding Judge Steven C. Jones, United States District Court, GA
Justia Docket
This case includes all the familiar faces of the wikileaks emails, Hillary body count, and the pizzagate scandal. Once this case is completely filed, Ackers case *could become an indictment, and further, could include a Superseding Indictment after Discovery to bring more charges of possible Pizzagate/Pedogate involvement. EDIT: (Still pending a conversation with Greg, sent an email 8/25/17)
ALLUSIONS TO PIZZAGATE IN THE PRESS
On the same day this suit was filed, Republican Paul Nehlen, who lost to Paul Ryan, tells Associated Press that he believes that Pizzagate is real
Also reported by Chicago Tribune and many other news outlets.
Again, on the same day, LA Times posted a story about Trump retweeting a tweet by Jack Prosobiec, "an alt-right media figure who pushed the PizzaGate and Seth Rich conspiracy theories"
LA Times Youtube Video
I believe we need to read between the lines that many in high level positions are getting ready to bring the elite pedophile ring down and the only way they can do this is through a *MAJOR INDICTMENT process started by Gregory Ackers' suit.
Remember the Dennis Hastert case
“Nothing is more stunning than having 'serial child molester' and ' speaker of the House' in the same sentence.”
Hastert was brought to justice on FRAUD Charges... not great, but it was something, and the judge acknowledged it for the world to hear. Let's hope to see justice in this complaint for indictment.
UPDATE
Civil Suit Granted.
"The requirements of 28
U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1) are thus satisfied, and Plaintiff’s Application to Proceed in
District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs [1] is GRANTED."

*EDITS were made on this post from the original to further clarify the difference between a possible Indictment and Civil Suit. Thank you for everyone's involvement in peer reviewing this post to make it more accurate! I am not a lawyer, so getting feedback from those who understand the law and its terms is very much appreciated.

He filed a complaint and was granted a judge without a jury. Edit: this could lead to an indictment through RICO act

How does a private citizen file an indictment?
Do you understand what an indictment is? Do you understand that this is not a criminal proceeding?
starseed_empath ago
I'm a little confused. I thought an indictment was a formal charge of a crime?
Are_we_sure ago
It's not you who are confused it's the person that posted this.
It's simply not an indictment and it doesn't appear she understands that. That's why I said it was disinfo.
Honeybee_ ago
Not disinfo, it's a civil complaint implementing RICO, with given enough evidence, could move to a criminal indictment after discovery, that's pretty clear. Thanks for your thoughts though and I understand the confusion
Are_we_sure ago
Yeah. That's an absolute GIANT difference.
It's the difference between I have a powerball ticket and I have 700 million dollars. This is still a completely DISINFO post, because you giving false hope because you are misinformed about the significance of what you are posting. Nothing at all changed in the pizzagate case from the filing of these documents. When I buy a Powerball ticket nothing changes in my life except I no longer have $2. I wish and I hope it will win me 700 million dollars, but I don't actually have 700 million dollars.
Your thread title is still 100% false, as are all of these claims of yours
You've been corrected and you updated your post, but so much of it is still flat out wrong that you are still unintentionally deceiving the people in this thread. As a mod you should take some responsibility for that.
Honeybee_ ago
I updated for clarity, I appreciate helping me and others understand, and I will always take responsibility if something I post needs a little love, not trying to mislead anyone, I am genuinely excited about this and feel it may yeild something, if anything, more people understanding that these scumbags are criminals and that there IS evidence to put them all away!

There's a user named pizzalawyer, you should ping him and get his thoughts.
Haven't seen him recently, though.
You may have your hopes up, but this lawsuit will get tossed. I'm the local skeptic around here, but I post facts.
A civil suit has not been granted in this case. You need to read that document and Google what you don't understand. It doesn't say what you claim it says. It just says he doesn't have to pay the filing fee. That's it. It doesn't say this going to trial. The next step is to determine if this is a frivolous or malicious lawsuit. Not trial.
Anyone, including anyone on this board could have filed this lawsuit.
There's nothing special about Gregory Ackers filing it. It's just a civil filing.
They would all have the same result. Lawsuit deemed frivolous and dismissed and or dismissed for lack of standing- the actions didn't harm the plantiff therefore he is not entitled to sue.
All of Darkknight's comments are irrelevant in this case. There will be no indictment, no criminal case, no civil trial, no civil discovery.
