"This is a RICO lawsuit. RICO is a special case of civil lawsuit. Evidence can be obtained from across state lines. In addition, it is possible for RICO to be upgraded from a civil case to a criminal case depending on what kind of evidence gets found.
RICO is what gets used to take down organized crime. RICO is intentionally designed to be vague so as to take down mobsters even if a smoking gun can't be found."
Gregory Ackers filed a complaint on August 14th 2017 for a civil suit, *possibly leading to a future indictment of Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Jennifer Palmeri, Donna Brazile, CNN, Time Warner, and the Democratic National Committee for collusion and racketeering to mislead voaters and to put Bernie Sanders at a disadvantage in the 2016 presidential election.

Implementing RICO act
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations
Presiding Judge Steven C. Jones, United States District Court, GA
Justia Docket
This case includes all the familiar faces of the wikileaks emails, Hillary body count, and the pizzagate scandal. Once this case is completely filed, Ackers case *could become an indictment, and further, could include a Superseding Indictment after Discovery to bring more charges of possible Pizzagate/Pedogate involvement. EDIT: (Still pending a conversation with Greg, sent an email 8/25/17)
ALLUSIONS TO PIZZAGATE IN THE PRESS
On the same day this suit was filed, Republican Paul Nehlen, who lost to Paul Ryan, tells Associated Press that he believes that Pizzagate is real
Also reported by Chicago Tribune and many other news outlets.
Again, on the same day, LA Times posted a story about Trump retweeting a tweet by Jack Prosobiec, "an alt-right media figure who pushed the PizzaGate and Seth Rich conspiracy theories"
LA Times Youtube Video
I believe we need to read between the lines that many in high level positions are getting ready to bring the elite pedophile ring down and the only way they can do this is through a *MAJOR INDICTMENT process started by Gregory Ackers' suit.
Remember the Dennis Hastert case
“Nothing is more stunning than having 'serial child molester' and ' speaker of the House' in the same sentence.”
Hastert was brought to justice on FRAUD Charges... not great, but it was something, and the judge acknowledged it for the world to hear. Let's hope to see justice in this complaint for indictment.
UPDATE
Civil Suit Granted.
"The requirements of 28
U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1) are thus satisfied, and Plaintiff’s Application to Proceed in
District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs [1] is GRANTED."

*EDITS were made on this post from the original to further clarify the difference between a possible Indictment and Civil Suit. Thank you for everyone's involvement in peer reviewing this post to make it more accurate! I am not a lawyer, so getting feedback from those who understand the law and its terms is very much appreciated.

After 10 min searching, found literally nothing on Gergory Ackers. Who is this person?
Iyd10 ago
He's a serial filer of ridiculous lawsuits. If you look up his lawsuits from this link:
https://dockets.justia.com/search?parties=Gregory+Ackers&cases=mostrecent
You will find a bunch of complaints filed against various entities where he's looking to get rich. That's all. He tried to sue Yahoo for "in excess of $75,000."
I am all about seeing these people go down, but unlike this guy, none of us here are looking to get rich off of it.
If you look into all of his lawsuits filed, he is granted a waiver of fees in every case (in order to be granted this waiver a person has to file paperwork with their financial breakdown proving they can't afford the filing fees) and then every case is dismissed. This one will be dismissed as well.
Nothing against op, It's an honest mistake, but this isn't a smoking gun or anything exciting. Just a crazy guy looking to make a buck by suing the world when he's unhappy.

Honeybee is doing some interviews about this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6dSXogSs_Y
He's actually not hard to find.

I think we need some background information on this guy. The court threw out his case against the Moonlight Bunny Ranch. I don't have access to the court documents so I can't see the details of any of the cases. An awful lot of litigation though. Hmm..

All his cases are because of blatant corruption. Yet I can see through your deflection, think I'm alone?

You can see through my deflection? As I said I can't see the court documents (and I can see that the one case I did find was thrown out)... I dig deep when it comes to research. Sorry if you don't like that but I am tired of being tricked so I question. I'm hoping just as much as you that this actually means something but because I have more than 2 brain cells between my ears I don't rely on hope only and examine any story that I come across.

He has called for an indictment of Hillary and the DNC several times including many other major cases including Indictments of Yahoo and Volkswagen

thank you. I can't wait for these LGBTI loving democrat perverts to go to where they belong. Jail... but my main target now is of course this OTO pedo ring I am investigating in Oregon. Their social media is making me sick. I need to go for walks outside to stay sane.
