I looked at Ian Bingham and then to papers going back to the original company inception. Back then he had a co-director, a certain Angela Spencer so I did a search for her and had to trawl through a few then found one with the same registered address and she's currently a Director or has appointments with 8 different companies - all child related, from nurseries to 'Babyopathy'. I'm looking at these companies right now. Meanwhile:
