Found a list of the Reagan Library board of directors. Some more possible connections since Rick J. Caruso is one of them.

Have a Frederik J Ryan Jr who was a high level person in Reagan administration and current high level person with Washington Post.

John Rogers is a high level person with Goldman Sacs.

Steve Forbes is one of them too.
