is this new rhetoric to support a second fake hack of data given to russia and wiki so that Seth's leaking can be sidelined?

If there are multiple hacks then they can ignore Seth Rich's leaking/murder motive. But, multiple hacks also disproves Russia hacking/trump collusion, right?

What it does prove is that the servers being left unsecured was negligence to the point where DNC/HRC deserved to lose. But how are they going to make excuses for elizabeth carlisle, richard windsor, lew alcindor, debbie reynolds, and the rest of the fake email accounts?

"so that Seth's leaking can be sidelined?"

Yep. Remember Wikileaks and Julian Assange are CIA-FBI limited hang outs. The entire reason they're limited hang out is so they can release bull shit like this latest line of bull crap.

"But how are they going to make excuses"

Since the CIA-FBI released those emails themselves to Wikileaks they're not excuses. They're just conspiracy bait that will lead nowhere. Nothing in any Wikileaks email or data dump will ever lead to an arrest. That's precisely what a limited hang-out does. Release juicy tidbits of pure nothing.

your juicy tidbits of pure nothing are prima facie instances of fraud and obstruction of justice.

You misuse legal terms with ease.

Buy yourself a good legal dictionary and get yourself a legal education so you'll at least know what the hell you're talking about!!
