666 is relevant to Christians because it's said to be the number of the beast... It's actually the number of atomic man 666 carbon.
The atomic number of carbon relates to all carbon based life forms, not just mankind. The number six symbolically represents thought. The heart/mind separation of English language is part of the problem, they are to aspects of the same thing - thought without empathy makes you a sociopath and empathy without thought makes you ineffective.
The secret of the human heart is that it is fundamentally broken (heart vs mind). The secret of the heart of man(kind) is that it is misrepresented (it's not deceitful or wicked).
