So. I'm on dial up so can't watch the vid. How were the cameras hacked? How did they know they were hacked? IP cameras are stupid easy to hack. Closed circuit TV are NOT so easy to hack..... They require physical access to the cameras, the cables or the recording machine....

Oh but ya cctv files can be accessed remotely still via access to the computer which stores such files (most commonly the only other copy that exists could be obtained from the CCTV's short-term storage processing unit which is very unlikely more than 24 hours).

Only certain cctvs are actually just that; closed-circuit. Sad but true - there are backdoors into fucking everything and they've been intelligently designed that way on purpose.

Let me add - if this claim is true (I have not looked into it) - then they would have used teams to erase both sets of data; meaning your point holds entirely true - physical access would have been required at all 3 locations. In my opinion they wouldn't take any chances but on the off chance they thought it to be too risky then the only shot at getting such footage would be that one of these CCTV camera owners backed up/restored the footage which was remotely wiped on their computers. I'll read all this before I chime in again lol (trigger happy it seems)
