Ignoring the hair since it's different or a disguise, I think the nose looks similar when viewed straight on and could be the same person.

I'll try and add a bit of info since OP thinks we can all read minds. The girl pictured was featured on an episode of Dr. Phil focusing on elite pedo/sex trafficking rings. She is disguised on the show as shown in the first pic on the left. The other pics show Bill Clinton is a rapist with one of his "friends" whom OP presumably believes is the same woman from Dr. Phil. Interesting side note, one week after this episode aired, The Dr. Phil Show was cancelled on Dutch television network RTL
