This is huge. Says emails on portable storage device. Leaked not hacked by Russians. Seth Rich Has to be investigated for real now.

Pizzagate related because of wikileaks.

VIPS as a group is mostly CIA, State and DIA. At least This is how they described themselves on one of their open letters from earlier this year.

Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) is a group of current and former officials of the United States Intelligence Community, including some from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the U.S. State Department's Intelligence Bureau (INR), and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

This letter does have three ex-NSA folks. However, I don't think any of them is an actual computer forensics expert. They teamed up with a guy named Skip Folden

Folden was an IT executive at IBM for 33 years, serving 25 years as the IT program manager in the United States.
