This is outstanding work by Matt Couch and his team. Start at 25:00 in for the goods. Important points:

Seth was at a 3am party with his own team. They betrayed him.
He realized he was drugged and fled
The house was owned by Imran Awan
There could be cameras outside that house
Seth Rich's last phone call with his gf was 45 seconds, not 45 minutes
Couch will be going after everyone who was there
