How to spot Fake News: A Checklist

Is this news that excites me? Produces anger, outrage, shock, or any of those strong emotions?
Does it make me want to share it even before I read the article? Do it make make we want to use three exclamation points? Is it a bombshell? Is anyone else reporting as news?

These are all clues you might be dealing with fake news. If the above are true, it might be clickbait intended to create a viral sensation, rather than actually tell the truth.

Another clue with this one, no only is nobody reporting this, it's revealing new information months and months after the event and after tons of people have looked into this event. A further clue is tying an old story to a new villan, IMRAN AWAN!!! This only makes sense in 2017. It wouldn't have made any sense in 2016.

Ask yourself given everyone who looked into Seth Rich, what's the likelihood of this being true? Personally I think Powerball would give you better odds.
