It's not the Swedes, it's 30 elementary schools in Basel Switzerland.

That is how it starts. First 30 then 50 then 100, etc. They don't pay attention and before you know it, they infiltrate everything, just like here. Maybe that is how it happened over there, they are already infiltrated.
