OK I gotta be skeptical now. This was a traffic jam on a freeway, caused by an unpredictable accident. The truck that hit the car had no way to GET AWAY. He is forced to stand right there and submit to investigation, arrest, etc. I doubt any self-respecting hitman would go about his assignment quite that way. I'm going to accept that it was an ACCIDENT.
