This is a stuffed product so there should be origin information on the tag. The problem with these "no brand" products is that they are a dime a dozen on Chinese wholesaler websites. I like to collect pictures of such products with hilarious Engrish (e.g.: the "Stupid Child High-Efficiency Mop") and it's not rare for Chinese manufacturers to cram out these things with ZERO understanding of the cultural context of the images. So it's best to take a photo of the tags and track who is putting this out and if they are culturally ignorant or intentional.
I think that someone said: "Put a scary picture of a girl there." and whoever was in charge of putting it together just fuckin googled "scary picture of a girl" and photoshopped it a bit to confuse copyrights. Like, sincerely, that's how children's pimp costumes happen every day. Sometimes this process produces "Pussy Incense" (bad translation of catnip) and it is so glorious I must buy all of it for gifts, but most of the time it's a sad demonstration of a capitalist business process that favors incompetence.
BTW, the girl lover and boy lover "logos" are inside a database of logos frequently used by Chinese manufacturers (counterfeit goods). This site just sucked up all the logos it could find somewhat automatically. Someone with no cultural understanding of what these stand for (pedophilia) can interpret it in an anodyne way as what boy's love and what girls love. However, it is still important to ask every American-based company who winds up with such designs on their product the HOW & WHAT & WTF?! and make them aware of what they are promoting.

I don't know if it was deliberate or accidental, but thought I would post it.

Do you remember the evilstick?

I've never been able to find one. That would be the most nonsensical regretful dollar store toy ever.
