It is a 50/50, it could very well be real because of the shitstorm it cause, shills were all over the 4chan thread and the original site where the info was pasted got hacked and shut down, also linkedin website of one of the Rothschild's got deleted.
On the other hand, it could very well be a psy-op, i am saying this because the OP kept mentioning some chemical that is extracted from brains that is healthy and shit yet afaik i have not seen how he made that connection, either an insider or psy-op, in my opinion.
The 4channers brought adrenochrome into the picture when they found out the Rothchild, who they think is Janes' father, has a background in biochemistry and lives in Alaska. (They think Alaska being cold is good for adrenochrome storage) very far fetched, but it is interesting that his background is in biochemistry
