CIAAnon talked about some software that managed backroom deals between HNWI and government/army people. Sounded a lot like Palentir PROMIS (RE: George Webb series). Which, in turns, sounds a lot like the platform for the Clinton Global Initiative (where promises are kept in a database and if you don't make do, you get uninvited from CGI.)
